Connect Allen-Bradley PLCs to Your S7 PLCs
The 460ETCSC connects up to five Allen-Bradley PLCs to five Siemens S7 PLCs. With the 460ETCSC, you are making a direct connection between S7 PLC data and user-defined tags or registers in the data table of your Allen-Bradley PLC. There is no polling from the PLC or EtherNet/IP scan lists to arrange.
How Do I Use 460ETCSC in My Application?
First, when setting up your Allen-Bradley PLC, you’ll allocate two distinct blocks of tags or registers: one dedicated for reading and another for writing. These allocated areas will correspondingly map to specific memory block addresses within your S7 PLC system. The process is straightforward and ensures efficient data transfer between different protocols.
If you need to adjust or modify your data as it traverses from one protocol to another, rest assured, it’s easily manageable. Each data mapping application allows for customization through the incorporation of up to three distinct mathematical functions. This flexibility ensures that your data is not only transferred reliably but can also undergo necessary transformations to meet specific operational requirements.

Why Use Real Time Automation as a Gateway Supplier?
While there are certainly other companies offering protocol gateways, there is no one who provides the level of support and service that you receive from Real Time Automation. When you call us, a live person answers the phone. If you talk with our sales team, you will get honest answers and recommendations. And rest assured, all the support you get is from an engineer who had a hand in the product’s development, and support doesn’t need a ticket or 24-hour wait. We get back to you as soon as possible. It’s an RTA promise.

What our Customers are Saying
“I challenged a customer to get it working by the time I got back from his break room with a Coke and he indeed had it working when I got back. He then said, "It’s worth twice the price!"”
Eric P. / Kendall Electric
“Everything seems to be working as we imagined. Thanks for the great response time. I did not see any way to save the configuration other than screen shots, but the configuration did not get lost in the update. Thanks again, and you were a pleasure to work with.”
